All new buildings (including extensions) are required to comply with the Energy Efficiency requirements of the BCA. Our accredited assessors can help you achieve compliance in a timely, efficient manner.We have many years experience on all classes of buildings, including: - Residential: small apartments to mansions and large multi-unit developments. We have particular skill in achieving compliance for traditionally difficult designs, e.g. where there is a requirement for high levels of glazing for views.
We can offer either a FirstRate rating or Deemed-to-Satisfy assessment based on the particular requirements of your project. - Commercial

Our Approach
In order to achieve the most cost effective solution for your building, we prefer to become involved during the early design stages. We will complete an initial assessment to ensure your early designs comply and then work with you through detailed design and documentation to ensure there are no nasty surprises to hold up your building permit.
